Spencer grew up in the Northwest Suburbs of Chicago. He attended the University of Illinois at Chicago where he received his Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology and Doctorate of Physical Therapy. He enjoys working with a wide variety of patients, from kids to older adults. Spencer enjoys helping patients achieve their goals and enjoys seeing the transformation that patients go through to achieve independence. Through the utilization of thorough patient education and evidence-based techniques, Spencer strives to provide therapy that is truly unique to the individual patient so that they may return to what they love at their highest ability. When Spencer is not treating patients, you can find him playing tennis, rock climbing, or trying new Chicago restaurants

Justin began his career as an athletic trainer, working with patients in both collegiate and professional sports. He earned a Master’s Degree in Physical Therapy from St. Louis University, with the goal of continuing to treat the athletic population of all ages. Justin was named one of Chicago’s Favorite Kids Docs in Chicago Parent Magazine and has been listed in Chicago Magazine as a Five Star Award recipient for top physical therapists in Chicago. His impressive career includes working with the NFL, with SLU medicine, as well as building and managing physical therapy clinics. He continues to be passionate about treating sports related and post-surgical patients with the most comprehensive and individualized care. Justin is active in the community, having served on the board of the High Ridge YMCA, and sponsoring many teams throughout the North Side. He is proud to be building a group of therapists that are the best in the field. Justin’s philosophy is to treat not only a pathology, but a total person, thus providing a new level of physical therapy.

Megan is a seasoned physical therapist with over a decade of experience as a certified personal trainer. Her interest in sports and wellness began after a personal weight loss story of 100+ pounds. Megan works with clients of all ages with emphasis on strength training and conditioning. She spent a season coaching track and field secondary to a love that began when she participated in the sport during her high school years.
From a physical therapy standpoint, she spent the beginning of her career at the Bo Jackson Sports Dome prior to joining ProFormance. Megan cares for all orthopedic conditions but takes special interest in post-ACL rehabilitation as well as care for the overhead athlete, particularly throwers. She is passionate about the rehabilitation of athletes as well as the general athletic population.
In her free time Megan enjoys being outdoors, weightlifting, doing triathlons and walking her black lab, Baylee. She's also a big Chicago sports fan rooting for the Blackhawks, Cubs and Bears​.

Brad Buxton ETS, TPI, CPT

Sibu developed a passion for physical therapy and fitness at a young age, engaging in track & field and football during his youth. As a result of facing numerous injuries himself, he discovered his enthusiasm for guiding athletes back to the field. During this period, he explored bodybuilding, honing his skills in proper training and body movement. Post high school, he pursued his Athletic Training degree at Carroll University, collaborating with multiple sports teams including soccer, football, and basketball at the Division III level. He enjoyed a 6-month clinical opportunity with the Northwestern Football team. Following his undergraduate program, he relocated to North Carolina to receive a Doctorate in Physical Therapy at Elon University and eventually worked for Duke University Health Systems. Through his various experiences, his passion for orthopedic and sports-related injuries continues to blossom. He graduated with a certification in dry needling and is proficient in IASTM, cupping, and BFR. As an online coach for a mobility company, he obtained his mobility training certification which aids him in tailoring assessments for individualized treatments. Recognizing the value of a holistic approach to injury, he consistently achieves positive outcomes for his clients.

Victor Fuentes DPT, PTA 

Brad dedicates his time at ProFormance helping clients achieve and maintain excellent physical health. As an Exercise Therapy Specialist, he is available to personalize a training program that will allow you to perform at your highest level. Brad is an avid golfer, who is sponsored by Wilson and has a Titleist Performance Institute training background. He has created programming which assesses the biomechanics and sequencing of your golf swing to create strengthening programs for getting you on the course at your highest and safest level of function.

Victor has been a clinician for 10 years and has an extensive background in orthopedic conditions including the neck, low back, shoulders, hips, knees, and ankles. He has a strong interest in sports medicine as well as manual therapy. Victor is also trained and certified in instrument assisted soft tissue mobilization (IASTM) and Blood Flow Restriction Training (BFRT). Victor has an interest in treating all age groups and is passionate about clients who want to return to their active lifestyles.
Victor was born in Honduras and grew up in New Orleans, LA. Shortly after graduating high school, Victor joined the US Army where he served two tours in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom (2004-2005 and 2006-2007).  Following his military service, Victor attended Oakton Community College where he played for the Men’s Soccer Team and was named team captain. He then went on to earn a BS in Healthcare Leadership from National Louis University and a Doctorate of Physical Therapy from The University of Findlay.
When Victor is not treating patients he enjoys working out, traveling, volunteering in the community, and cheering on his favorite sports teams, especially Real Madrid Football Club, the New Orleans Saints, and the LSU Tigers.

Megan Sadilands PT, DPT, CPT

Josh has a passion for physical therapy and personal training. Josh was a multi-sport athlete and played college football at Trinity College. Josh’s athletic career provided him both a passion for physical fitness and introduced to him to injuries. Josh graduated from Fox College and achieved his license as a physical therapy assistant. He also graduated from The Pima Medical Institute with his B.S. of Physical Therapy Assistant. He has trained in various manual therapy techniques including functional release, instrument assisted soft tissue mobilization, and cupping. He has extensive knowledge in weightlifting which has positioned him to excel in therapeutic exercise for patients. He is well versed in functional range systems, myofascial anatomy, and blood flow restriction training. Josh looks forward to continuing to help Glenview, Northbrook, and Chicagoland residents as well as high school athletes with personal training and physical therapy.

Mely has always been interested in helping others. She is a graduate of the The Soma Institute school of massage. Since the beginning of her practice she has honed her skills in understanding anatomy and physiology with the application of clinical massage techniques to an array of body types, myoskeletal dysfunctions and health conditions. Her practice is not only to achieve relaxation, but to progress patients to be more anatomically and physiologically functional, leading them to a happier, healthier lifestyle. She is proficient in blending, modifying, and creating an array of manual therapies to mold tough, unhealthy soft tissue to functional tissue on a cellular level. Combining massage therapy, movement, and exercise to achieve better communication with soft tissues to the brain, promoting better mobilization, regeneration of muscle tissue and create awareness to patients myoskeletal imbalances and movement patterns. Her attentiveness to details, clear communication, diligence, positive enthusiasm, and passion to educate has made her an asset to ProFormance Therapy. She is trained in the following: Swedish massage, trigger point therapy, deep tissue, functional release, myofascial release, prenatal, and sports massage.
